Dear Car Collector Community,
My name is David Senater and I am the Executive Director of the proposed New York Auto Museum in Manhattan.
I'm writing to you today as 1 of 1800 Automotive Museum Groups worldwide; regarding the creation of the World Automotive Museum Association. A newly proposed transformational medium to help Automotive Museums grow and excel in our field.
It occurred to me that if the World's Automotive Museums are organized into an Association, we stand to grow as Museums in a number of clear-cut and discernible ways.
Some of the main points of organizing can lead to:
- Cost efficiencies
- Enhancement operations
- Exhibit exchanges and exhibition co-development
- Enhancements of professional skill development
- Display loans
- Sharing of ideas
- Buy/sell/trade of cars
- Educational program networking
- Marketing and merchandising methodologies
- Social media communication best practices
At this time we're looking to establish a Board of Directors and to accept Letters of Interest. If you'd like to participate in the creation of World Automotive Museum Association, please write to me at david.senater@newyorkautomuseum.com.
The bottom line is the exchange of exhibited assets could generate millions of dollars in loan exchange benefits yearly. This would also create an inner exchange platform for the sale and disposition and acquisition of new vehicles, parts, and specific specialty information on restoration.
We're looking for your Museums to reach out to discuss participation. Membership fees will start at $100 a year and go up to $1000 to support a whole host of beneficial activities.
I can be reached on my WhatsApp number 647-720-0421 or schedule a meeting at https://calendly.com/david-senater/30min.
